Ken Hurley - Founder & CEO
Successfully helped redirect and grow over twenty-five different businesses since starting The Hurley Group LLC in 1990. Ken has assisted in completing numerous debt financing, equity financings, and strategic partnering transactions with clients. Has
worked with both private and small / middle market public companies. Extensive experience in medical products and other emerging technology markets and the development of related business strategies.
Prior to The Hurley Group, Ken was a General Manager of an $80 MM division of Unitrode Corp centered in the EU and lead a team responsible for corporate acquisitions for three years - principally "buy-side" transactions.
Prior to Unitrode, Ken was a general practice manager for Pricewaterhouse Coopers in the Boston office.
Ken holds an MBA from Northeastern University and is a CPA.

Deb Boyce - Director of Accounting Services
Has provided transactional accounting and controller services to over thirty companies as a member of The Hurley Group LLC. Industry expertise would include software and medical device companies. Multiple currencies skill set and strong skills in Intuit products and other commonly used accounting packages. Responsible for the development and accounting for client grant development programs.
Prior to The Hurley Group, Deb was Accounting Manager for a large division of Unitrode Corporation.
Deb holds a BA in Accounting from Bentley College.
